Board-Certified Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, Certified in Sports Medicine Acupuncture
Amanda earned her master’s degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science New York. Postgraduate, she became certified in Sports Medicine Acupuncture® through the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification (SMAC) program based in San Diego, California, and additionally completed a Neurofunctional Acupuncture program with faculty from McMaster University in Ontario Canada.
Committed to the highest standards of patient care, she earned her national board certification in both acupuncture and herbal medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and completed the Clean Needle Technique (CNT) exam set forth by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (CCAHM). Amanda is a member of the Association for Professional Acupuncture in Pennsylvania (APA) and American Society of Acupuncturists (ASA).
Amanda's comprehensive education at Pacific College of Health and Science, encompassing biomedicine, herbal medicine, and nutrition, along with her postgraduate work, has inspired her integrative approach to healthcare. Her academic journey and clinical practice have equipped her with an understanding of both time-honored traditions and innovative and emerging research in the field of acupuncture and herbal medicine.
