Amanda Hunt, Dipl. O.M., L.Ac.
Board-Certified Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist

Amanda graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science New York with a master's in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, where she completed two years of internship taking patients. Along with acupuncture and herbal medicine, coursework during her master's program included biomedicine and nutrition. Amanda is NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) board-certified in both acupuncture and herbal medicine and has passed national standards for clean needle technique from CCAHM (Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine). Upon graduating, she furthered her education in Neurofunctional Acupuncture, a contemporary approach to treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, from Canada's McMaster University faculty members and the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification (SMAC) program based in San Diego, California. Amanda fully integrates her background in traditional and contemporary acupuncture into treatment, where she commonly treats musculoskeletal pain and other health conditions. Amanda is an acupuncturist at UPMC Center for Integrative Medicine and founded Integrative Health Group.
