Feeling sick/Covid-19 exposure Office Policy:

Your health and well-being are our top priorities. If you're feeling sick or recovering from COVID-19, we recommend waiting until you are fully recovered before scheduling an appointment. Please take a minimum of two weeks to fully recover after a COVID-19 diagnosis. This ensures that you are completely ready and able to benefit from your treatment.


Health Insurance

Before an appointment can be made, please read the health insurance policy and complete the following documents: ​

1. Acupuncture Benefits Verification Form

2. Medical Doctor referral for Acupuncture treatment

3. CC Agreement Form (sent via email after benefits have been verified)​​​

  • ​Health insurance patients are responsible for any charges incurred at Integrative Health Group. This includes:

      1. copay

      2. Co-insurance/percentage due

      3. Deductibles

      4. Other fees and or services not covered by health insurance​

  • Acupuncture Follow-Up with Herbal Medicine Consultation: $200 + Cost of Herbs

  • Cupping: $65
